Worldmark designs and manufactures a range of products used in touch screen, displays and camera assemblies. Key product areas include:

• Cover glass for touch screens

These products are manufactured in our state of the art facilities in class 10,000 and class 1,000 clean rooms. These are equipped to manufacture display windows & lens products using both plastic (polymethylmethacrylate or PMMA and polycarbonate) and glass materials.

Our manufacturing strategy supports the following key processes:

Worldmark is also one of the World’s leading manufacturers of die-cuts which are also used in display and touch screen assemblies. This capability in combination with glass and plastic display windows technology enables the production of “assembled” solutions. Most LCD covers require bonding adhesives to be applied as well as a protective top layer film. Worldmark’s class 1000 clean areas are perfect for die-cut and protective films to be applied and thus supporting cost down initiatives by supplying the display window or lens product with other parts already assembled.
